WHO WE ARE
PWL Prestige Warehousing and Logistics, Inc., formerly Prestige Trading and Freight Services was established on November 6, 1995.
Starting merely 2 personnel in 1995, with rapidly increasing volume and demand for our services, PWL has increased its number of personnel to 65 employees. With the extensive support provided by our agents (Vanguard Logistics Services, Inc.), PWL has become one of the dominant and market leaders in the freight forwarding industry. In response to the needs of the locators in the Mactan Economic Zones as well as those companies located in the Province of Cebu.
PWL is a family owned corporation, with Merlina Seno Cayanong as the Principal Shareholder, President, and Chairman of the Board.
With the rapid growth of PWL, it now intends to professionalize its management Personnel, its system of providing services to various clients by establishing a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2000 International Standard. The establishment of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2000 International Standard shall improve its service to various clients by measuring it satisfaction level and allows for continual improvement of all its business process.
PWL shall become an international freight forwarding institution providing their clients with quality service and competitive pricing. Business growth shall be sufficient, where extensive efforts shall be exerted, to support the timely delivery of quality service to all clients.
PWL shall undertake the following steps towards the realization of its company vision:
1. Persistent implementation of its quality management system based in ISO 9001:2000 International Standard to pursue an excellent service to its international and local clients, coupled with competitive pricing.
2. Customer Satisfaction shall be achieved to ensure repeat and referral business. Aggressively pursue all clients, both local and international.
3. Provide training to all employees to improve their professionalism and competence on the basis of their education, skills, training and experience.
4. Benchmark employee welfare in the industry, as a minimum; whilst working towards improvement above industry level.
